Nelly & her team of incredibly hard working women are the best cleaning crew in the Bay Area. I've been working with Nelly for 2 years and have been extremely happy with the level of service she and her crew have provided my family. They are trustworthy, reliable, and very thorough. Any home they clean will most definitely pass the white glove test :).

We have been using Nelly's Cleaning Service for many years and have always, every time, been very happy with their work and professional demeanor. Nelly holds her staff to a very high standard and it shows throughout our house. They clean everything, including things like inside cabinets, window screens, our deck, all without needing to be asked. And if there is ever anything special we need done all we have to do is ask, and they do it with the same expertise. Over the holidays they cleaned our silver and ironed our holiday linens - neither has ever looked better!

We have also used Nelly's Cleaning Service for a house clean out. We moved into a house that had been let go by an ill and elderly couple and Nelly's crew cleaned every inch of that dirty house until it was spotless! They just see what needs to be done and then they do it.

Prior to finding Nelly, we had used several highly recommended services. They don't come close to the caliber of this crew. In addition, they are trustworthy and reliable. It really doesn't get any better!

I have had cleaning services before but never one as efficient as they are. Everything is squeaky clean when they leave the house. Both my husband and I have allergies and it is extremely important that the house be immaculate and it is! In addition, the staff is very pleasant to work with and they will do anything you ask them to do. They rotate cleaning our windows, so they are always clean. They clean our outside patio and BBQ area, so we never have to think twice before having someone over. Additionally, they are completely trustworthy, and I never think twice about leaving them alone in the house. We are very, very pleased!
