I think I have experienced both sides of their services. this is why: -- they are clean, (newly renovated after they bought over part of the office from Rutner dental). -- the "friendly" part depends on whom you are talking to. MOST importantly, it DEPENDS on if you are a CASH COW for them: -- I paid $5000+ up front with Rutner dental (all inclusive) when I started my ortho treatment. When the business was sold to DK, I was pressed to finish my case, and the office manager even blatantly asked me to "pay more" ... although they do send out letters and emails telling all the patients that "nothing has changed, you should expect the same level of excellent services as before....
