Mt Prospect Appliance Repair

Came out fast. However, guy showed up to fix dishwasher and ice machine. Ice machine would dispense ice but wouldn't generate ice. Guy pressed the dispenser button and basically ordered entire new water line and dispenser unit. Dishwasher going to do simple cleanout. Almost impossible to understand tech about what was broken and costs involved. Came out to $640 total bill. $55 each appliance just to look at (or in this case press the ice dispenser button once). I am the landlord so wasn't able to be on site. Will pay fee to have work completed since already in already $110 for him to show up. Total job shouldn't have cost more then $350 based on work involved and parts. Total ripoff. Will never use again and would advise others to use any other company
