Very poor customer service. Management is not at all helpful to resolve any issues. They do not return calls so you have to be persistant. It became obvious the customer doesnt really matter when you have a million dollar business.

I would not recommend this "fitness center

Not welcoming at all. Rude all around! I have never been made so uncomfortable in a gym ever. The front desk staff is young and unprofessional. I have spoke to others in the area who just moved here and were treated similar to my experience or even some SC natives who say "stay away from this gym"!

First of all, it is filthy. We all know gyms harbor germs but the tiny aerobics room has a floor covering of soft mats. To do floor exercises you lay on the floor that everyone's shoes have been on. There were not any roll up mats available for us to do floor exercises & the floor itself seemed like they had not been cleaned in ages.

I did not see a cleaning crew anywhere on staff this was a weekly am visit. So the gym seemed to not have been cleaned the night before or early am nor during the regular business hours. I have been to other gyms where they have a cleaning crew coming around constantly cleaning the machines, surfaces and floors.

When I had called to get a description of classes before visiting the male who answered the phone had no clue what was what. Another friend of mine who just relocated to the area from Denver had emailed the Manager to receive only a rude "No" when she asked about specific details of the gym.

The equipment looked dated.

The daycare room is very unprofessional. Which seem to flock with open arms to the regulars and do not openly welcome new customers at all.

Just a warning to others who may be searching for a gym in Mt Pleasant SC!
