Rug Ratz Flooring

Called this business for an estimate on July 8th, 2016 A girl put me thru to an alleged Sales Manager, this guy set me up with a Saturday appointment that he agreed to. Guy never showed!never called!!!I called to see if this was standard service with their company and it went to voicemail with the same no-show guy on their machine...Its hard to give a review on bad or good service as a general rule, but a company that provides No Service is a first for me..After checking the Better Business Bureau to research this local company it states that it has no current Rating because the Business has not been claimed Yet.. No surprise there..Maybe they only sell rugs...instead of actual carpet...Def could'nt recommend this company at this time...First rule of thumb is ya gotta get outta bed and show up first ehh...Dissatisfied in Morgantown WV...

This was my first time buying flooring and I was clueless about what I was doing. I walked out completely informed and satisfied with my decision. The installers were on time and did an excellent job!! I will be referring this business for some time to come!!!
