This is Michelle Crowe, owner of Tattle Tails, I am responding to the lady who brought her two yorkies. The female yorkie was matted to the skin all over her body, I brushed all the mats that i possibly could out, the mats that would be extremely painful to the dog to comb out, i cut out. Some people do not realize that thier dog is matted unless they try to comb the undercoat. By no means did I " cut the mane off " I simply cut the mats out and blended it in nicely. It was actually a whole lot more work than just simply giving the dog a bath. Both of the yorkies were extremely skiddish and and the male yorkie was very mean. When we tried to cut his nails and clean his ears he tried to bite us numerous times. It took two groomers and a lot of hours just to try and do anything to these two yorkies. I am truly sorry this customer was not happy. When the owner came to pick up the dogs we informed them about their dogs behavior and ask them if their dogs looked good and if that is what they wanted. Both of the owners agreed that the dogs looked great. I charged her $5 more dollars a dog. The owner called TWO months later to tell us she was not happy. We go above and beyond to make EVERY customer happy and it is VERY upseting to see a comment like this.
