Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

When they first opened they were a great place too go with your family to have a good meal. The last 2 times we went was not a good experience. First had to wait for biscuits they said wasn't done yet got them finally looked like and tasted like they were not baked long enough. The second time and last time was we had a manager "in training"tell us that so and so would be right with us that he would go ahead and take our drink orders. No so and so a waitress never waited on us took our order so the manager in training took our order he did not know nothing about the food we had to explain it too him which was really annoying. In the mean time there were 3 waitresses taking orders from other costumes around us ignored me and my family like we were not there. The thing that really makes me mad is if they are short help why didn't they hire me when I put a application.

There were three of us. We were seated right away. The server was over in minutes ready to take our order and was on the spot with everything. The place was very busy I was very happy with the service.

I would not recomend we were told 25 min wait was an hour...finally seated ordered waied 45 mins asked for manager to complain no food when food arrived it was wrong and not good first and last visit
