        Overall

        This place is so unprofessional. We called since u were not here in 45 minutes then still no show and 2 hours passed. We called back and them yall say it was never in the system. I will not be ordering from this ghetto trash again..

        i ordered a pizza at 9;15pm at...

        i ordered a pizza at 9;15pm at 10;15pm i called back because i never got my pizza the guy put me on hold when he got back on the phone he said the store was closed but the driver was out delivering i waited till 10;45 called back the guy said there is nothing he can do but give me a free order next time and to call the manager tomorrow i am here visiting from pa now i cant have dinner thanks to pizza hut im glad our state is not like that hopefully i get my pizza tomorrow i would put a 0 rating but it wont let me so i have to put 1 star but they dont deserve it

        Terrible Customer Service

        I ordered a pizza over the phone for pickup and was given a certain time to pick it up. I showed up and the cashier first want to overcharge me for the pizza. So, I had to get the manager involved in that. After paying I had to wait a half hour for the pizza I had been told was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I ended up intterupting the cashier who was on a personal call (she was annoyed at this) to ask her about my pizza. She brought me a pizza that was cold. It had obviously been sitting there ever since I arrived. She said she could heat it up but I didn't have time to wait with my five year old. No apology from anyone in the store. I will never ever go to this store again. I truly hope they go out of business. This is the type of business that needs to go out of business. They are just that bad.

        BAD SERVICE!!!!!

        I have ordered a pizza from pizza hut off of the Atlanta highway for delivery on Dec. 13 and did not recieve the pizza for over 3 hours and did not receive the pizza at all. I called the main office and there was no responce to my delema and I was short a pizza. I advise you to not use this Pizza Hut and to call Papa John's or Dominos.
