I first contacted the lock doctor about my late husband's safe. It has been a bad time in my life and I needed it opened. He came to my house. He was very kind about my situation as well, as my husband recently passed. He helped me open the safe without damaging the safe. I found all kinds of memorabilia that my late husband left, he even had some keepsakes from our 20 years together. The Lock doc was very prompt, professional, caring and affordable. His service was priceless to me. I would never use anyone else! I wish I could give the staff 6 stars instead of 5!
