We received Ricco Farris name from a friend, who highly recommended him. I was skeptical at first. I have had recommendations before that did not turn out so well. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I was able to meet with him the same day I called. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He measured my living room and dining room and explained the process and the time it took to refinish hardwood floors. He said he would get back to me with a price. He was back with a written estimate the same day. We decided to accept his terms and he started working the very next day. He arrived early or on time for the next three days it took to complete the job. We were so thrilled with the outcome. We had him back a couple weeks later to lay new hardwood in our kitchen.
