Had my ac go out and wasn't sure who to call. Asked a friend and she recommended Boothe & Wright because of her past experience with them. I called and got Mr. Boothe on the phone about 7:15am and he said he would be there by 8:30am to take a look. I was very impressed that not only was he on time but actually 30mins early. I came to the door and was also impressed by his very professional appearance. Mr Boothe proceeded to look at my ac and determined that it was just a capacitor. In a matter of minutes my ac was back on and working. He also went above and beyond for me also washing my outdoor coil and checking the freon. My ac is now keeping up with the heat of summer and I'm so thankful. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Boothe & Wright!!!!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy! A Boothe & Weight representstive refused to honor the 10 yr warranty on a 4 yr old A/C unit they installed in my home several years ago. Although they tested and discovered that the coil was leaking freon perfusely while still under warranty; their brash and punkish service technician repeatedly tried to convince me that somehow the freon line may have been damaged possibly by a roofing job I had 10yrs ago; which was a deliberate attempt to avoid from honoring their own repair agreement, as well as a blatant attempt to insult my intelligence. I had to call a reputable A/C company to come in to honor Boothe's 10 yr warranty and replaced the coil at no cost to me. Run Like Hell From These Guys! They are not the same credible company since the previous owner (Mr. Wright of Wright Heating & Air) passed away.
