Customer service has always been very helpful and quick to get you to the right person to handle the issues with your vehicle. Tech's & Estimators are I-Car Gold Certified with up to date training. The Robert's Team works well together to get the job done and to release the vehicle back to the owner in pre-collision condition or even more beautiful. Highly recommended.

No attention to detail, poor quality service. My car was towed into Roberts have I ran over a tire that a truck dropped in front of me while driving. Roberts assessed the damage at 6000. They took a month to fix it. Then they tacked on over 2000 dollars more for additional "unforseen" expenses. Has they forseen this at the onset the car would have been totalled and I would be driving a new car. They forgot to put parts back on, ie brake parts, made grinding noises when I turned, which meant I had to take it back. They fixed the brakes, but not the other problems. BEWARE.
