El Estero Park Center

This is by far the worst place to take your car in California. I paid over 59 dollars and this is how they "cleaned" my car and that's not even mentioning between the seats. If you care about your car take your business elsewhere.

This is the worst place ever. They give your car to others. Zero customer service. Very bad specially if you pay over 50.

After getting my vehicle inspected at Honda I took my 2015 Honda Civic SI to El Estero as I googled hand car wash in monterey because I didn't want scratches on my brand new car. Ordered their carnauba wax and gold package. When I got it back I noticed the bottom passenger bumper and was hoping it was only left over residue from the wax. Unfortunately it wasn't :( looks like they scraped it while taking it out of the of the driveway to go get it waxed. Spoke with the owner we saw the video which was low resolution but most of the other cameras were HD. Owner claimed that because you could see the shadow it didn't touch that is irrelevant. The owner denied liability and pretty much told me they didn't scratch my vehicle. With only 400 miles on the vehicle I take extremely good care of it. I'm curious to know if this has happened to anyone else.
