Ready Artwork

Be very aware! This company built a website for our business and put a random picture on the site without our consent. Turned out that this picture has a copy right protection. The company that owns the image is now asking us to pay hundreds of dollars. I removed the picture off our website immediately and tried to speak with the image company. I was told the web designer, Ready Artwork has never asked for prior approval to use their picture therefore it's a violation of the copy right. I confronted the owner of Ready Artwork. Eventhough we have no knowledge of them using an unauthorized picture we were willing to share the cost. This is a bussiness decision mistake that nobody wants but happened. Unfortunately he strictly told me NO that he would not pay cause it was our problem now not his. He said I was bully asking him for money and lazy for not changing the picture sooner myself.
