Floor Leveling

Our floors were pretty out of level . We thought it was going to be a major problem. These guys got out here & put strings one day & poured out the material the next day & made everything NICE & FLAT!

Excavation
NAVFAC was looking for an inert material to fill abandoned tanks, in an efforts to minimize future remediation effort during tank excavation and removal. LCC was chosen for the job.
Retaining Walls
How much does cellular concrete cost? Cost is dependent on many factors which include but are not limited to: size of the project, location, density of material, site conditions, and many others. When comparing the cost of cellular concrete on a cyd to cyd basis, many externalities of the wholistic project design get ignored. A few of the beneficial impacts on the entire project are time, reduced construction traffic, minimal jobsite footprint, and lower related construction costs (compaction, recompaction, foundations, retaining walls, and distribution slabs).
Walkways
After Al retired and Walter moved on, Lou, Sr. then worked on developing California Decorative Coatings, which focused on waterproofing for walkways and decks. After one year, he returned to the concrete business and joined Warren Gwaltney, who remained with Elastizell of California as a superintendent. They took California Decorative Coatings, changed its name to Cell-Crete Corporation and got back in the cellular concrete business that next day.

Decks
LWIC is a non-combustible material, making LWIC roof deck systems inherently fire-resistant. These roof systems hold an hourly fire rating, eliminating the need for additional fireproofing measures on the underside of the roof deck; Since the flutes are filled, this fire channel is eliminated. By reducing the requirements for fire protection, LWIC roof decks effectively minimize costs associated with safeguarding the building structure.
