        Overall

        Allow at least 2 hr. Wait. When I have a appt. I'm on time. Understand a little wait, but 30 minutes or longer is unacceptable to me. Especially when your day is planned out for several appt.'s. They want you there on time, 30 minutes or more is not right for you to have to wait.

        Unresponsive, rude staff

        I found the clerk staff to be rude and unresponsive and acting as though they did not like their job. The eyeware center personnel said they were unequipped to do what should have been a simple eyewear repair, and she suggested Walmart.
