I have been coming to my personal Physician for almost 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Last year because of the regulations of insurance companies and the Governments ploy to insist that everyone must have insurance coverage he was forced to leave his private practice and move over to The Diagnostic Medical Clinic. I have to visit this clinic once a month because of necessary medication I need. Not one time in the past year have I shown up on time for my scheduled appointment and not had to wait a minimum of at least one hour to be seen sometimes two and have even waited up to three hours to see my Dr. The staff for the most part is very impatient, impersonal, and most of the time rude and short with you. When you go to the Dr. it's supposed to be a compforting experience as much as it possibly can. Here you are run through the gauntlet like droves of cattle with what seems like the only thing on the agenda for the day is how much money can be made.

My husband and I have been going to DMC for about 6 years and are very satisfied. Having so many specialists in one building is very convenient. Their lab is super fast. We first started going there when my husband became very ill, Dr. Whetstone showed true concern & worked until the issue was found. If it wasn't for him I don't think my husband would be here today.

I have been rescheduled multiple times, even though I have expressed that I am in constant physical pain and have been waiting a month for this appointment. The nurse today did not care, and was rude.

All the other specialist I have seen for this issue keep telling me I need to see my GP, but I can never get in to see her.

A month ago I went to see Dr. Alvarado in place of Dr. Mitchell, my regular GP . His office was supposed to request my medical records from my neurologist, but failed to do so. He acted as though I wasted his time. I left in tears, in pain, and with no answers.
