I called these guys to repair my heater. I also wanted a general service for my interior and exterior unit. The appointment scheduling was courteous and with relative ease. The technician Ben, was courteous and very knowledgeable. He discovered a wasp nest in my vent pipe. Which he promptly killed my wasp problem. He cleared my heater pipe of the nest. Replaced my vent blower motor. It was rusted with teeth missing causing cavitation and the motor was out of balance. I asked about wiping his feet before entering my home and he offered to take of his shoes. That was a least a gesture that he respects my home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. I have signed up for the semiannual service. The prices are fair and the service is 5 star. Highly recommend this company.
