You can save a lot of time by NOT using this glass company. I ordered my shower with them 4 weeks ago and they said it would be here in 2 weeks. I followed up last week and Crystal informed me it would be delivered to their store the following week. I called AGAIN to follow up 2 weeks after it was suppose to be here and she says she never ordered it! The owners told her not to order the shower and to lie to me and say they did. She informed me there were 30 other orders like this and she has decided to start telling customers the truth, that their products aren't being ordered. She also stated her paycheck bouced last week. What the!?? Beware they will take your money and who knows if you will get it back!! Unbelievable!! So frustrated and still do not have a shower. I am glad I put it on a credit card so I could dispute the charge!!

oh they came right out, hours late but thats ok.... to provide their advertised FREE estimate on window replacement.well its 5+ weeks later and counting. they said they would have an estimate in one week. havent heard a word.oldest? perhaps... best? i hope not.. i just dont understand how companies like this stay in business
