My family and I have been taking our cars to Auto Care Experts for over 10 years and the shop has always been great to us. Their service and quality of jobs are fantastic and they fit us in any time. l have seen them stay past closing for us, they give us free loaner cars and good warranty and they are reasonable. I recommend this shop to every body

Auto Care Experts are just that, experts! The staff is great, excellent customer service and trustworthy!! The work they did on my car was fantastic, fast and affordable!!

I was skeptical to bring my car into this place at first, when recommended by a friend. I generally go to a dealership to ensure that any work i need done gets done. To my surprise the guys here were awesome. So every few years my s2000 will have the same problem with it and needs to be adjusted. These guys did the job, amazingly fast and charged me less than half of what a dealership would. I didn't have to sign a ton of paperwork, or sit around forever. They were on top of everything the whole time and now my car has never run better. I find it hard to actually find a auto shop that is trust worthy, but I finally did. I will bring my car to this shop when ever I have trouble with my car now.

I brought my car in because I thought I needed my brake pads changed, but they checked it out and told me that I could still drive on the pads I had for another 7,000-10,000 miles. Apparently, certain pads sound squeaky even if they aren't worn out yet. (that was the squeaking that prompted me to take my car in) They were completely honest and amazingly efficient!! This is definitely my new car repair shop for years to come! No hassles, no pressure, just honest service!

Feedback from Auto Care Experts was timely. They kept in touch with status of my classic car (Body work & Paint). Spent more than I intended to, but they did a fine job of matching my "brilliant red" paint. Also - they painted an area that I was going to do myself, and this saved me lots of time. Many thanks for that. After my upholstery shop finishes, then it goes back to A.C.E. to re-install my rear window. Lastly, having been a purchasing agent most of my working career, I solicited bids from 4 body shops. A.C.E. was the only one interested in doing the work. Again, many thanks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for bodywork and/or paint.

Notably good service experience, they are very fair, reliable, honest and courteous.

Highly recommend them as far as work quality goes. Price is average but worth it. If your going through insurance, I would say this is a good option. Turn-around is slow but they do good work and so worth the wait.

This place is really great. The owner and workers are really friendly and willing to help. They do honest work and at reasonable prices. When my sister's car starting smoking on the road, one of the employees drove out after hours to help us. Quality service and trustworthy. Definitely a good place to take your car.

This place is unscrupulous. They will rip you off. Beware of this place. They charged me $180 to check out my aircon and said it would be about $600 more to fix. When I went in to pick up my car, it ended up costing $1,000. They were very sneaky with how they charged it all on my invoice. Then three months later my aircon stopped working. My invoice specifically stated that it was under warranty for one year so I took it back in. Sure enough they wanted to charge me $250 right off the bat to do another diagnostic and re-charge. I told them that it was under warranty and they said that what is wrong with my aircon has nothing to do with the warranty. Then they became very rude and immature on the phone. These guys just want to rip you off blind.

I took my car to this mechanic shop for an overheating problem that other shop could not fix. They found out about the cause of the problem right away and repaired my car on the same day. The manager was very nice and helpful and he even offered me a loaner car to use until my car gets fixed. They are very fast and curtious and I highly recommend them for any kind of car service.

I took a bearing in to get pressed and it ended up getting bent in the process. I kindly asked for my money back for the bad press, but was told that the press was fine and it could still be used. I tried to explain that there was no way I could put a bent bearing into my car, but he insisted that it was ok and still refused to give back the $45 for the press. I told him that I would eat the cost of the bearing, and only wanted the money back for the press. He still refused to pay back. After a while of arguing and going in and out of the store I finally got him to refund my money. He said that it was not his fault that I bought a cheap piece of metal. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. While I was waiting to talk to him a woman was getting suckered into having both struts replaced for $600+. Mind you a strut costs $40 and they were telling her that it cost $200 for the parts. That place was real shady. Go somewhere else!
