        Two very professional and courteous sales persons, Alberto and Karina sat down with my wife and I and throughly explained the cost of the unit, payment, warranty and when they would be here to install the unit. Both came back after the installation to see if we had any further questions. The individuals, Francisco and didn’t get the name of the second individual were very knowledgeable individuals, explained to my wife, since I was in the hospital, every step along the way. Even staying in touch with me over the phone. As a former manager of several hospital departments I can say, that these team of individuals (sales and installation team) are dedicated employees.         great job the other service provider i had just kept giving me the run around.. colair sent Lalo and within minutes explained more to me than i expected. Great job he explained what should of been done from previous company then offerd me options, never the less i thought i was going to see a huge bill from colair but when he said no charge i was so relived he took the time as if i was the only important person, wow great job!!!!
