        Don't hire them to clean/inspect your chimney. On the phone I told the guy I run a brush through mine every year, that I was just looking for a professional inspection of the chimney and lining. He says inspection is part of the cleaning process and they don't do just one or the other. He was here for less than 30 minutes with just a brush and a shop vac...the same thing I do! His inspection included just looking at it from the bottom...never made it to the roof...no camera scope or anything! $190, what a rip!!! I just paid them $190 to do the same thing I can do in 15 minutes.
