Mark was absolutely fantastic. Normally home inspections take 3 hours; for ours, which was rife with lots of little hidden problems, he stayed for 6 hours. I never felt rushed. He covered everything, basement to roof (twice!), and took care to tell me not only what was wrong, but why, and how it could be fixed. He even gave me tips on things that didn't officially fall within the scope of his inspection. All this while being friendly, upbeat, and energetic - even at the end of a long and tiring day for both of us. I feel absolutely confident that I know what I am buying and what kind of work I am in for, all because Mark was so detail-oriented and customer-centered. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable and had all the information I would need to make a good decision that was right for me. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I hired this company to do an inspection. WE are wanting to buy the house we are renting. Mark was on time, and did a complete and thorough inspection. He took the time to explain everything to me, and even gave me some good advice. I also received my report on time. I would definitely recommend this company!!
