Said they were really busy & would call to schedule my frig repair has been more than a week &no call am calling someone else
They worked on my oven for 1 1/2 years and could not fix it. I spend hundreds of dollars. He was difficult to contact and did not return calls promptly. I should have called a lawyer. Instead I called Platinum and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.
