        Maybe if REX H. would stop being retarted he would relize he bought a prepaid phone and those are never accepted as returns in places like that because you may have activated it and used it for an illicit activity.It also wouldent hurt if he used english in his complaints instead of whatever that gibberish was, someone might have helped him but instead they probably looked at his review thought he was just a special little guy who got ahold of his mothers laptop and started pressing buttons and decided to ignore him.
