Waste Pro USA is an AMAZING company that has provided nothing but EXCELLENT service for my waste removal. ALICIA ALWAYS handles any issues I have with a friendly, courteous and immediate solution. The guys who take care of my removal are ALWAYS helpful, polite and respectful of my property. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any community looking to employ a waste-removal service, as Waste Pro (especially Alicia) has gone over and beyond in every area for me thus far.

Connie and Vince were fantastic! Called to request disposal of a couch and Connie put it on the schedule. It was picked up promptly on the day and time that was given by Vince. THANK YOU for the great customer service Connie and Vince. (Thank you Waste Pro for providing disposal services -- it is greatly appreciated!)

Constantly not picking up the trash. Just had to call again because I heard the pick up guys arguing they weren't going to pick up that much garage ...Bin was full. :/

This company is awful, won't pick up trash on scheduled days, I've had them drive by and not pick up the trash, if customer service is called they will lie to you and tell you they will have it picked up that day. If they can't pick it up on the regular scheduled day there's no way they are going to get it some other day. I don't know why Santa Rosa county gives them more contracts when they can't handle what they have.

Waste Pro charges its Gulf Breeze, Fla customers $13.35 per quarter for recycling services and provides each what is described on its bills as a "96 gallon Toter Recycle" bin specifically designated and marked for "clean recyclables". The company however has admitted there has been NO recycling center available to it to take these recyclable materials to since West Florida Recycling lost its contract with Santa Rosa County in April 2014 and closed shortly thereafter.



This is a ripoff of its paying customers and a perpetrated fraud as its customers have never been informed by the company of this information.



When asked, their response was "there was an article in the Pensacola News Journal about that".



Customers have been charged $13.35 EIGHT TIMES (once per quarter) and STILL are, two years (8 quarters) after its recycling program effectively ended in south Santa Rosa.



The County says it is "aware" of this but says customers must address bills with the company, which does NOTHING.

Worst company ever. You will regret using them for any type of service. Customer Service dept is useless. You are much better off with Progressive Waste. They keep saying they will fix the garbage cans but never come. I'm so sick of these bums.

After 2 week's of lies and promises, I loaded the trash in my truck and dump at the office entrance. .....the looks on their faces was the best payback for the way they treated me....I recommend everyone do this and see if maybe they will improve. The satisfaction is indescribable.

Did not pick up my trash for 2 weeks and I always payed 3 months in advance. The trash truck would just drive right by my house. I called 5 times and was told someone would call me back and they never did. When they would pick up they would leave the trash can in the middle of the driveway. I switched to Allied Waste, CHEAPER and WAY BETTER service. Waste pro is rated 1 star by everyone for a reason. I'm not one to leave a review but this place has horrible trash service and horrible customer service.

We get great reliable service with Waste pro. They do a great job for a decent price. We get twice per week pick up for what we were paying another company for just once per week. I also like that I can also get someone on the phone in our local Milton, Fl office if I need assistance.

I can't speak for everywhere, but the office in Lake City is a joke! I literally feel like I'm being robbed every month! I'd say that they don't pick up my trash at least 1/3rd of the time. Still bill me though! When I call I get the same ole LIE that the trucks are running behind and they'll be there by the end of the day. My day is Friday and nobody will answer the phone after about 4:30pm. By then, it's too late until Monday so I have to bring the trash back IN MY HOUSE or pick it up out of my yard after the critters get into it! I'm done and will cancel on Monday!!!

Do not use this business the people who work there are not smart enough to be ignorant .I ask their supervisor to have his men to place the garbage can behind the mailbox so as not to block the mailman.Apparently he has no influence with his people because they did not listen.I cancelled their service on Jan 232013. As of this date I have not received my refund.

Nothing but problems with the service over the last year. Had to call because they continually left my trash can in the middle of my drive way, or would leave it in the road.

A couple of weeks ago I came home and the lid on the trash can was broken half off and hanging by one little piece. Calling does no good. They show up when they want and the price continually goes up. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and pass this place up.

Horrible across the board. The pick up drivers have accidentally taken my trash can TWICE in a year, and both times it was like pulling teeth to have a new one delivered almost a week later in both instances. Any compensation on my bill? I think not! My name has been spelled wrong on my account the entire time of service, despite written and verbal correspondence to correct it. I left messages to speak with management twice and no one returned my call. I wish I had other options for a service provider. :(

Take your business elsewhere!!! They have repeatedly made billing errors!! Much to my embarrassment they came to pick up my trash cans twice for non-payment even though the bills had been paid. Thankfully I paid them through my bank and the bank was able to forward them copies of checks that had been cashed. When I requested to have my service stopped due to billing errors I was hung up on. Ever since they bought out Emerald Waste this company was nothing but problems. Several neighbors have also had missed pick-ups due to billing.

Pickups on or around the holidays are not consistant. You call to have trash picked up and they may or may not show up. Consistantly go up on their rates and now they are charging a "fuel surcharge" in addition to your bill. I wish I could get pickup once a week instead of twice a week but they don't offer this. Time of pickup is not consistant.



Was paying through electronic payment for which they do not process unless it is thru a check. Who still writes checks in this day and age!? Anyway, they lost the check and had to get info from my bank to verify I payed bill after they threatened with collection notices.



Nearly everything to do with this trash collection agency has been a hassle. I normally don't change companies for services because everything is not going to be perfect all the time but for this company I made an exception. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Service is great. Have no complaints about the service just wish the bill could be paid on-line.

Keep up the good work guys, you are very dependable and polite.

Bunch of clowns, look elsewhere. Billing not right for over a year and never call or deliver what they promise.
