I used IMPERIAL TAXI to get into downtown Midland TX the drivers name was Ray I explained to him that I usually do not take taxis because I have a lot of different stops to make but my driver's license expired and I was not able to rent a car and did not have time to spend the day at the DMV. I used IMPERIAL for several different trips while in Midland, after my last meeting I called IMPERIAL to go back to the airport my meeting went longer than expected and was not sure if I would make my flight I let him know when my departing flight was and he told me he was not sure if he could get to me in time he then told me about Uber in Midland and that there was a good chance that they could get to me soon enough to make my flight I was able to get Uber and make my flight.
Great customer service.

great service will use again, other taxi companies there drivers are always on phone not paying atttention, very bad attitude, will only use imperial when i need a ride. Kenneth was very professional.

I had an urgent requirement to be dropped off somewhere, the driver was courteous and offered prompt service.

My cousin and I had great service from the gentleman. Very nice and formal. He had showed up in no time. Took us where we needed to go and even stopped to give some advice. He took us back and gave us his business card asked if we needed anything else to just call him and he'd be there to help. Much Thanks.
