I never even made it to meet the Podiatrist. For all I know he could be a wonderful Doctor, but the extremely unprofessional and rude front desk receptionist has and will continue to tarnish the reputation of the office.

To begin, my first scheduled appointment was cancelled by the Doctor due to an emergency. It wasn't a big deal because things happen. My rescheduled appointment was exactly two weeks later. Upon our arrival there was a meek welcome before the flurry of rolling eyes, nasty tone of voice and pure attitude telling me that I was late and the doctor was NOT (she made sure to emphasize that as she rolled her neck) going to see me today. I was confused because I thought I had the same appointmemt time just pushed two weeks due to THIER cancellation. Instead of being a professional receptionist and saying something along the lines of I'm sorry maybe there was a mix up, I understand how you could of thought you had the same time appointment but unfortunately you are late and we are going go have to reschedule etc. There was NO understanding or empathy, she just got more and more nasty shaking her head and treating me as if I had blown off 10 appointments. Then she forced herself to offer to reschedule the appointment in the form of "Well...I can reschedule you but it WON'T be a saturday" As in she would reschedule me but definitely at my inconvience. At that point, well to be honest the first 30 seconds of her rude behavior at the start of the conversation was enough to make me never want to return. The icing on the cake however, was when I returned home to find out from my brother that when she had so gratiously called the house to see if I was on my way she obnoxiously said "This is the Doctor's office, DO YOU REALIZE what time it IS?"



In conclusion, the Doctor could be great but with a front desk receptionist like the one I encountered representing him, NO patients will ever make it through to meet him.
