Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash at Miami Gardens

I have been going to this carwash for 2 years now, and although the service isnt the best out there, I havent had a problem with it, until now. I had my car washed yesterday, only to return to my car and discover that my I-pod was missing. Now in order to take my I-pod you actually have to open my glove compartment and disconnect it. I ofcourse told the manager and owner that my I-pod was missing and a full car search began to find the "misplaced" I-pod. After searching everywhere and ofcourse not finding it in my car, the owner agreed to replace my I-pod. They told me to come back the following day and that they would have it for me. Surprise surprise I called the following day expecting to get a replacement for my stolen I-pod and the owner said they would not replace it. So not only do they allow their employees to steal from the customers, they also lie to their customers themselves. My advice is if you ever go to this carwash, , secure your items, and in the case that you come back to find that valuable items are missing, call the police and make a report. Unfortunately the owners and employees are dishonest people, not to be trusted.

I think it is very important for me to write this review because I rarely do, and I had the worst car wash experience this past weekend. I usually take my car to Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash (to both locations-- Aventura and Hallandale). In the past I have experienced a few nuisances, for lack of better words, with this car wash, like missing a rug place mat. However, this past weekend I took my car to the Hallandale location for a wash, and of course they take over an hour to get it cleaned (don't even get me started on how poorly they clean these cars). Anyways, I really do not car about the quality of the cleanness since it is so convenient for me to drop my car off and do some shopping. What really disturbs me about this car wash is that they dinged my car, and they did not take blame for it. My car is brand new with less than a 1,000 miles, and they are telling me that the ding was already there--- really?!? To top it off, the ding must've been recent because it had some paint color other than my car's (which they immediately removed after I told them). To make this long story short, I had to call the police and file a police report. A piece of advice that I would give you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH unless you want poor quality service and run the risk of having your vehicle being damaged!
