The Masters

Phenomenal 5 star experience with this company every year. David, the technician we always schedule our appointments with, provides exceptional service every time. We first used The Masters 2 years ago when our air conditioning system was over flooding in our attic. We got in touch with David who was able to come by my house on his way home from work. After a long day he made the effort to swing by my house that same night even though we had originally scheduled the appointment for the following morning.This was on the 4th of July and it was 90+ degrees outside during the day and my family and I were boiling in our house from the humidity. After he diagnosed the unit in the attic he said that our condensation drain pipe was clogged. He unclogged the pipe, he was in the attic a total of about 30 minutes. He changed my filter and reset my whole central air system. Took a temperature reading to make sure it was cooling properly and wallah my air conditioning was up and running again! We really appreciate Davids diligence and expertise. He definitely went above and beyond for my family. Well to make a long story short he didn't even charge me for the service. I think he was so tired from his long day from fixing air conditioners that he just wanted to go home. Poor guy, but thats okay with me, I will take a free service any day! When my husband got home the house was cool and he could'nt believe there was no charge for the visit. Since then David has fixed my boiler, replaced my husbands heating and air conditioning in his office, maintenanced my furnace, fixed a leaking pipe, re-lit my pilot on my furnace (which was also free by the way), and given me exceptional service and great pricing for all services provided. He is always responsive and quick with his repairs. Thank you David, and thank you Masters for providing us with this type of down right epic professional service and experience. We really enjoy recommending you guys to our family and friends!
