Ali Hayat DDS

Not even worth one star. I went here for the first time for a cleaning and x-ray. The dentist that I had, Dr. Shyam Sharma, spent only 5 minutes on my cleaning. My teeth do not look or feel clean at all. He told me I have "a few" cavities that need filled and that he would write down for me where they were. He didn't. He told me that I have to get my wisdom teeth removed, and my front tooth fixed. Every time I asked him a question about either of those he just told me just to go to Case Western. He was clearly annoyed that I kept asking questions and told me 7 times just to go elsewhere. Mere minutes after I left the office and was sitting in my car, he walked out and left before I had even turned my car on. It is evident that he had other places to be and and rushed my appointment. It was rude and unprofessional. A complete waste of my $40 copay, especially since I will need to get a real cleaning for my teeth after his terrible job. The next day I called and asked to speak to Dr. Hayat Ali directly. I figured that since it is her practice that she deserves to know how her staff is conducting themselves. I was informed that Dr. Ali does not speak on the phone to patients, and that if I wanted to talk to her that I would have to schedule an appointment. I have never heard of a doctor that would not speak to a patient on the phone. Do not waste your time and money like I did! I am not typically a complainer, and have never written a review, but this crossed many lines in my book. Do Not Go Here.

WORST DENTIST EVER!!! I went there for a cleaning and check up few years back and she just started drilling and when a assistant asked what we were doing today she replied with i don't know yet in the middle of drilling my tooth and then proceeded to tell me I need a root canal I said ok can't I come back she said no I already exposed your nerves as the pins were in to file the nerves away she answered her cell phone and walked away to talk not business related at all!! Couple years later the tooth got bad a different dentist sent me to case western in Cleveland to get it checked they said in the X-rays you could see something in the middle of the tooth probably a file well insurance said it didn't need fixed wouldn't cover for it to be so it ended up infected and getting pulled
