I bought a brand new air conditioning unit from these guys a couple of years ago. I had a 18 year old Trane unit and it was getting to the point were it was probably going to go out on me shortly. Needless to say I have had 10 times the problems with my new unit. Every summer it seems to not be able to keep up with the heat and every winter something shorts they tell me and it's a battle to get this company to come out to fix it and all they seem to do is put a bandaid on it. I have to fight with them every time because after a year they want to charge me labor to come out for something that never worked in the first place. I asked the tech how many brand new systems do they have to work on every year and they didn't have anything to say, because the answer is none. Avoid this company like the plague!
