Great Southeast Flooring America

Had a truly great experience from the very beginning. Scott(sales) really handled it all very well and was responsive to any and all questions I had during the process. My job was about 1000ft of an entire downstairs of a townhome that need both carpet and tile removed. In terms of the demo and installers, I cannot thank Chris and Steffan enough for the craftsmanship, work ethic, attention to detail, and their general overall caring for the customer. They went above and beyond, did a wonderful job, and I am more than happy. FYI..........I don't give five star reviews, but it is deserved.

Davis was excellent in sales and o”coordinating our project! WKL Flooring Services did an amazing job with the installation. Both answered all questions and concerns and were very professional. Our experience was 5-Star!

It was a pleasure to work with David in choosing Coretec 7" vinyl plank flooring. His thorough knowledge of the product provided me with the confidence in my decision to go with this product. The flooring is beautiful and the installation was most professional. They were done from the carpet removal to the final molding in less than 1 1/2 days. V.H.

Had over 1000 sq feet of tile replaced. They were a pleasure to do business with. Zack Green was a great help in co-ordinating all aspects of our tile job. Great installation crew. Did an excellent job overall. We'll be back.

Not a good experience at all. So much to say.
Th guys were very unprofessional and the company does NOT stand behind the crews work.
The tile was cut over a trash can with a hand cutter. No wet saw.
Uneven tile, non constant grout lines, low grout, chipped tiles. Carpet tac in bedrooms put in backwards (carpet not attatched). We vacated so they could do the job and they left our house all lights on, blinds open and doors unlocked every day. Saw one of them smoking in my home. Linked our gas line in the wall tried to blame me...really? We had management come to see and the decision was made to replace some tiles and grout over existing grout. Well.... used a different color grout so now my grout looks dirty and is flaking and chipping and I have holes in my grout and uneven and chipped tiles are even worse! They said they send the crew back a third time to fix but we don't want them back in our home! So guessing we have to live with horrible floors! Wanting to do these floors for 15 years and now that we could actually do them this is what er are left with. Went here on a recommendation. Will never do this again! We are not picky people. This is the worst job ever and Flooring America does not stand behind it's work! My husband had to replace some tiles himself and he did a much better job. Just awful. There is so much more but not enough page to go on.
Stay away from Great Southeast Fooring America! They don't care about their customers!

Very disappointing experience. Salesperson sold me a wider more expensive Berber than originally chosen so there would be no seam. That was important to us. Installers came and put a seam right in the highest traffic area of the master bedroom, the path to bathroom. Management doesn't seem concerned with quality or customer satisfaction.. We would never do business with them again.

We had carpeting and laminate flooring installed in November. From my first contact with them to the finished floors we had excellent service. They were courteous and professional. The job was done on time as promised and the installers were awesome and went above and beyond what was expected. I will definitely call them again in the future. Megan (sales person) was also awesome. Thank you Flooring America for a job well done .

Excellent service, love my hard wood floors, carpet and tile!! Installers are professional and courteous. The quality and the price can't be beat.
