I had a malfunctioning heavy duty trans. from a 4x4 ram diesel I took it to the guys at ACTION auto repair and had it rebuilt.. It had a warranty that was about to run out ,and I was worried about a shifting problem when I towed a heavy boat. They said bring it in and lets look at it.Long story short they took it out and found the problem.I am now the proud owner of a completely rebuilt trans.these guys stand behind what they do,and did the right thing. how easy it would have been to blame the problem on something else and charge me.This shop stands tall and proud, I highly recomend them for all your repair needs.want more info?? e-mail me at goldfinder55@yahoo.com

I sent my car in a week ago, the staff informed me they would be completed with the repairs a week later. They would call me and tell me to pick it up. I got curious when the service was scheduled to be complete and called them myself. I was displeased to discover that the mechanic working on my car left town until the following Monday. Why would they tell me it would be done on a day they the mechanic working on my car was going to be out of town? Adding an extra four days to my repairs.

These guys really know what they're doing and they are reasonably priced. And they are trustworthy. As a woman, I worry that some auto repair stores take advantage of us because they think we don't know about car repair. But I trust Action Auto to be truthful and honest. That means a lot to me.
