Fencing Unlimited

I have NEVER been so disrespected by someone that I asked to come to my home to do business with. We need our gate and some fencing taken down so that we can have a shed delivered and then we will obviously need the gate and fence put back after that When John Eskam arrived I could immediately tell he was not happy. As soon as the discussion started he said I need to have the shed people or a ‘handyman’ take down the fence. I couldn’t understand why the fencing company couldn’t do it so he rolled his eyes and said it was too much trouble to work that into their schedule. I said we were willing to wait but he said is company was too big to be bothered with a small job like this. I was in shock but still tried to work with him and asked if I got someone else to remove it could they at least put everything back. Before I could even finish, he was so irritated and loudly said I don’t want to do this job. It is not worth our time. So I asked why did they even set this visit up then, to which he made insulting comments about the girl in his own office. And then barged through my gate and said he was done. Walked away in the middle of a conversation. I immediately called the office and of course had to wait for the office manager to return my call, which has never happened. So it is very apparent that this man has gotten away with this behavior in the past. He knew there would be no consequences since the office manager doesn’t care and the owners are not available in any manner either. If Fencing Unlimited Inc truly is too big to deal with any customer that comes willing to spend money with them then that is up to them but 1. the appointment should have never been set up and 2. he should have never handled the situation like that. I was in complete shock at his very unprofessional behavior. I want to believe the owners are clueless that their employee is representing in that manner but I guess we will never know.
