Over 9 months with DP Technology ESPRIT and still unable to send good nc code to our new MULTUS. We never made one successful part with DP Tech. Our company went to ESPRIT's main COMPETITOR (MASTERCAM), purchased their CAM software.
In 72 HOURS CMS was getting great nc code and parts that could be sold with MASTERCAM.
CMS was constantly told by ESPRIT that we don't know what we are doing or talking about and that we need more training.
Yet 72 HOURS later with the competition's CAM software CMS was making successful tool paths and parts.
No more broken tools. No more improper or wild nc code or crazy maneuvers that did not show in the simulator in the office but showed on the MULTUS simulator.
Our Veteran owned small business was sold an unproven program for our new cnc machine. Instead of ESPRIT saying they need some time to create code for the new options that we bought with our new machine they blame and banter. ESPRIT is not a company any small business should suffer with at +$40K.
