A Barking Boutique

I never write reviews! But this is the third time I've gotten my kitty, yes kitty, shaved, and the first time I've gotten her shaved here. Of all three, the Barking Boutique has been paws-down the very very best! I will be back! My kitty looks awesome, smells awesome. Staff were super fantastic and the price was very spot-on! Thank you sooo much BB!

I have been taking my dog to Barking Boutique for over 6 years. I have always been satisfied with the grooming and treatment that my dog received. Samantha has always been very professional and caring. I would not go anywhere else. Bev Smith

They treat my dogs with the best care and treatment. Highly recommend! Never a problem making an appointment. If they are busy grooming and are unable to answer the phone, leave a message. They will return it.

My two pets were in the shop for a simpke nail trim. An older woman at the front desk was very condesending. I asked for a price list (for future reference) to which she replied, "Just tell me what you want to know and I will quote you a price." She then decided to correct my manner of expression. Although I was not there for an intellectual debate, that is what i got. Very poor manners and service. I will not be returning.

My daughter was very impressed with the groomer and treatment that her Yorkie received there. The shop is always clean and very professional. Well, something must have change we have 3 Yorkies who we love like our children. I tried calling for a week with no answer only the answering machine, the first call, an lady answered the phone by hello, then she hung up. I rechecked to make sure I had the correct number. Yeah it was right, I left a message, no call back. I call every day for a week left another message. Finally I got a call back. Made appointments for all 3 . My husband takes them. He's not greeted but an elderly lady who I guess hates men. She was very confrontational. My husband speak with the groomer who we normally see. Agrees to only deal with her. So we're good. We pick the boys up, one of them eye is watery, he rubbing at it. That evening it's immflamed and swollen shut and draining. Getting worst by the hour. Being a RN ok he has a really bad corneal abrasion . If not better in the morning we're going to vet. It's not a big deal but JUST BE HONEST when I have entrusted you with the care of my buys and tell me what has happened. If I didn't know what was going on with his eye I would have thought he was going blind. He was back to normal 3 days later with many doses of Benadryl and rest. I felt really bad for him. Having pets groomed is a luxury not a requirement. I work very hard for the money that I make and just require a more professionalism. Their lost is another groomer gains. Wish the best of luck to your business.

Took my Great Dane there to be washed and groomed. I loved that I could drop her off and pick her up while I was at work. Samantha took great care of my Bella and she even got a treat and toy after

This is the best groomers I have ever been to. It is soo CUTE. They have a retail shop in the front with clothes, toys, treats, collars, leashes. Samantha, my groomer, was so gentle with my dog and cat that they love going to see her. The location is great in Matthews and I would not think of going anywhere else. My dog always leaves with a special treat like an iced pretzel or an ice-cream cone. I highly recommend this Pet Boutique.
