Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I order here at least once a month they are always fast and nice. I'm so happy they opened this one closer to my house.

Ordered regular crust and got home and cooked them and they were paper crust, call back to tell them and they said we mess up.... Were is the customer service at, ill never eat here again they were all rude

Ordered online. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 4:45pm. Got there at 4:55pm and they hadn't even started making my pizzas yet. They weren't ready until 5:10pm. It should not take 25 minutes to make pizza.

I did an online order to this papa Murphys restaurant. When I got there I explained to them that I had a mobile coupon for a free cookie dough. The girl I spoke with was very rude and told me that her boss told her that she can't accept the coupon unless it was added to the order. That didn't make since at all considering there was no promo code. So that means they would have to refund me when I got there. I asked her what her bosses name was and she said she couldn't disclose that information. Really you can't give the name of the person that told you that! After I left I realized she didn't give me dressing for my salad and when I got home to eat the salad was all wilted and gross. To be honest the pizza wasn't even that good either. I have phoned to speak to the owner and the manager several times but they are never available. I go to papa Murphys a lot. But I will not be going back to them!!
