        This company is great, I highly recommend them!! We had a sewer backup in our finished basement. We called the office and spoke to a woman by the name of Cathy, who was very knowledgeable and she walked us through the process. She set our minds at ease since we have never been through something like this. When the techs arrived they were courteous and attentive to our needs, they worked efficiently and were very professional. Thank you ServiceMaster!!!

        We had a water loss in our home due to a pipe leak. Our basement was finished and we suffered damage to our walls, carpeting, and our furniture. The tech they sent to us, his name was Matt, was very courteous, sympathetic to our needs and knowledgeable about the drying process. He walked us through the whole thing. I would totally use them again and would refer them to anyone in need of a drying company.

        Never ever use them. They notoriously bait and switch. I ordered sweeping and vacuuming only. They did a deep clean and charged me $585

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

        I hired them to do water remediation at my house. They mislead me during the job and charged me for services they had initially told me would not be on my invoice. After several attempts to revise the invoice they refused to remove the charges. They are now threatening to place a lien on my house. I have filed complaints with the attorney general and BBB.
