        After 10 years in our home...the last 5 of which wanting to install central A/C, we finally bit the bullet and Steve and his team made it real easy! Professional, great communication, answered all our questions, prompt, courteous and clean!! We have a brand new system, installed beautifully, with all the right specs and it is just terrific!! I would highly recommend 911 heating and air !!!

        This company deserves a negative number! The technician came over and checked the outdoor unit. He tells me it needs Freon and a sealant. Cost will be $335. When I asked him why so much for the sealant? He got irate! He then says "I need to get my test equipment". He walks out, gets his equipment, then leaves! I thought he was going to get supplies or maybe go to lunch. Heck no! Just left! I waited a couple hours then called the company...got no answer..so I left a message. By the end of the day NO response what so ever from the company! I was going to approve the Freon but the tech ran off like a child having a tantrum!
