I needed a great deal on a garage door. First I talked with Madden Door and learned that they have some of the nicest, custom-doors you can get. But my application was more simple, since I was only looking to make my house more sell-able in this bad real estate market.

This is where Madden earned my business and HUGE recommendation: Their sales guy was NOT a commissioned guy who would try to sell me things I don't need. He listened to my concerns, and got right to the point in recommending a very affordable steel garage door.



The end result: I was going to just get a cheap non-insulated steel door. But they showed me about how cheap and flimsy the non-insulated doors are, and since mine was on the front of my house, that could have led the potential buyers of my house to think everything I improved the house with was cheap. I ended up only spending about $100 more for a door that sounded easily twice as good, and also put on a row of windows to match my front door with grids.

HUGE difference - my realtor called me after Madden installed the door, telling me that she thought this garage door just made my house 'pop' with the perfect matching details, added natural light to the garage with the windows and overall better look than my old flip up door.



Why I love Madden Door: They listened to me, recommending what mattered to my goal, helped me make a smarter design choice, and get this - I literally sold the house in 2 days for over asking price!! Not bad for today's horrible market...the buying real estate agent told my realtor that this Madden garage door literally made the house sell, since it occupied most of the front of my home's curb appeal.
