        We are a Marietta, Georgia based company and we specialize in HGTV quality renovations and remodeling at extremely affordable prices and the highest quality workmanship/craftsmanship. We do custom carpentry: decks, doors, windows, cabinetry, kitchens, bath and room additions. Interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, tub glazing, concrete walkways, carpeting, pads, repairs and block work. The owner is a former "This Old House" show craftsman for 9 years and he has been a licensed contractor/engineer for the past 33 years. For payment, we accept cash, certified checks, bank transfers, wire transfers, drafts, debit or credit.

        DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do any business with this contractor! Kevin Mabrey/Mabrey Contracting Company is unethical, a thief and a scam artist. The "contract" you sign, the "license" he lists, the address he uses....they are all fake. He starts the work and then disappears. Since his "credentials" are fake, AND if if starts the work....he virtually cannot be arrested or prosecuted. Tried the courts to get my money back...bad address. Court needs true address to file papers. Tried reporting him/his company to the State license bureau....no records for him/his company. Stay away! The only thing this company is good at is lying and duping customers out of their money and leaving their homes a complete mess. And do you know how expensive it is to get another contractor to re-do/finish the work that another contractor started? Believe me...you don't want to know! But,,,if you do have information about Kevin Mabrey/Mabrey Contracting Company (good address), please let me know so that I can file my complaint against him.

        This is a SCAM!! Kevin Mabrey ...

        This is a SCAM!! Kevin Mabrey went to check my A/C and told me i need refrigerant but it was full, he turned & reversed the O/B switch and told my tenant don't use it. He took 500.00 from me and told me he will buy & replace my water heater tank and fix my A/C. after that, he said his worker has a car wreck and his mother in law was in the hospital. I ended up to hire a pro A/C company to fix it and only cost me 175.00, which Kevin wanted to charge 225.00. Big AH.
