high turnover rate for trainers....training only facility...she goes through a personal trainer a month, and it doesn't seem performance related....i've heard the pay is just terrible. no machines, all funtional type of stuff, which is cool, but it gets old after a while....the body, once in good condition, needs to be challenged with more than bands. you can't build muscle without overloading those muscles, and bands and such just can't do that. owner can be unprofessional at times....perhaps someone might use the term "fake" as well. She's nice enough, but i think people just get that vibe from her and her husband. i really would find a trainer that you like somewhere where they're paid what their worth and where you know they'll be around for a while.
