The quality of the product was very poor. The color of the tiles was not the same from box to box, so my floor looks horrible. When I called them about it, one of the owners came out to look at it. He told me that was normal for the product. He said it would even out, and that in A YEAR I would never know it was that way. No where in any sales brochures did I see a blotchy discolored floor. The salesperson never mentioned that it might not look like the pictures, or that I would need to wait a year for it to look good. His solution to my dissatisfaction was to SELL me more tiles; tiles that again might not match. For their part, they would install them at no charge. I could not afford that, having spent quite a bit already. It has been nearly two years, and the color has not evened out yet. It still looks like I bought discount or discontinued flooring and installed it myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
