Earlier this year HDE Technologies, Inc. contracted Quinly Builders to perform two projects on the HDE building located at the Stockton Airport.

One project was the refurbishment and repair of the office spaces that were occupied by a tenant for 12 years

The second project was to repair portions of the outside wall (of a metal building ) that were damaged by the same tenant.

I must say the Quinly organized the logistics and started both projects on time and completed both projects on time. The results exceeded my expectations. Good quality workmanship was visible and even small details that were not spelled out in the Statement of Work were taken care of.

HDE would consider bringing back Quinly Builders for future projects.

When I called they had a man come back immediately and make it right, no excuses, just apologizes. I couldn't give Quinly Builders any higher of a recommendation, they are six out of five stars!

I had Quinly Builders build a wine making addition for me. They did great work and were fast. The price was right and they kept the schedule. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Professional. No changes .No surprises. Showed up when they said they would. Finished ahead of schedule, did the extensive project as agreed to.

I would highly recomend this contractor.
