        Overall

        No customer service! Took 25 days after receiving our money to place our order for a Radiant Pool, now the shipping carrier has "lost" the most important part of the order, and not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" from Tony, Jeff or Kevin, who is responsible for placing the order!?
