        not able to speak to anyone -sent in a circle of people who could not understand what I needed. never got help!!!!! no one helped. They are horrible!!!! Geek squad would not pick up either!!!!

        Every trip to this store has been easy! The staff has seemingly been EXCITED to help me :) I ended up with a less expensive new TV because the staff asked what I was looking for & what features I wanted. They pointed me to a less expensive model to meet my needs! Great job!

        This new store is clean and the associates are extremely friendly and helpful! I've never gone in there with a problem and not had them take care of it. They go above and beyond!
