Started with this company in 2010 when they were small and were wow'd out of the gate. As the company and staff grew and issues arose, we dealt with them until recently when they attempted to collect payment before even sending a bill for service that had been done less than 30 days prior. They would not return to perform the next service until the bill that had not even been mailed yet was paid.



I have always been a customer in good standing, paying bills on time, and supported Ecochoice because they were local, even recommending to friends and family. When the most recent issue arose, we asked to speak with the owner. After leaving several messages with the office staff and an online chat, he politely left a voicemail stating that service has been cancelled. It's a shame that it ended that way because I only wanted to sort it out but they chose to discontinue service.

I was getting carpenter ants every year and I was originally going with another company to get rid of them but the old company would come out and spray outside my house as well as inside my home which always made me nervous with my little kids and pets in the home, not to mention that I would sometimes need service more than once a year, but last year and this year I switched to EcoChoice, the did a pet and child friendly bait on the inside of my home and did a liquid application on the outside, their cost is about $25 less than the old company and here's the best part, the Warranty their work for the rest of the year, no charge for callbacks, last year I didn't need to call them back, the one service I got was all I needed. If your having a problem with Ants (or anything else) I would highly recommend EcoChoice.
