I believed Moe when he said my concrete removal job was "big" and labor intensive. I accepted the contract price as Moe insisted the job would be a full day - anywhere from 6 to even 8 hours! The actual job took less than 50 minutes in total! But please note - I paid in full! But this man and his company took advantage of a Senior Citizen in Falls Church!

I just recently bought my dream home, but in spite of this it was missing something greatly outside. My house has a large space in the back, but it was entirely covered in grass and was just missing something. I needed the proper advice to make my dream backyard a reality, and the only thing that came in my mind was a large patio to make the out door more inviting. I googled construction companies and Bright Future came up, I was happy with the reviews and decided to give them a call. In the beginning I called them just to gain some insight, and possible a simple phone quote. The gentleman who spoke to me was Ed, he was insightful, charismatic, and very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I decided to take him up on his offer of receiving a free estimate, and I couldn't be more astounded that I did. The project manager who came out was Moe, and he just went above and beyond painting a clear picture of a finished patio in my backyard. After detailing my options I decided to go with brick, he explained that brick was more beneficial in my circumstance because it would give my patio durability, and add beauty to my new home. The job process was very easy, Ed and Moe both directed the installation of my patio. The team worked tirelessly with professionalism, and importance to detail. They cleaned the space after every job, and they made sure to keep my neighbors always in mind. After working with Bright Future I could never hire another construction company. Thank you Ed and Moe for my new brick patio! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

As a Realtor for the last 21 years you often times don't come across contractors that are responsive, affordable, punctual and professional. Moe and his crew were all of that and more. I had originally hired him to remove a concrete patio, but was so satisfied with his work that I hired him to re-build my chimney, re-point brick around the house, restore my front stone walkway and porch and a few other minor issues. We had a week of rain, but I was called everyday and reassured that the crew would be back as soon as possible. Once the rain cleared, they were here as promised. Efficiently working to get everything done in only 3 days. My neighbors were so impressed that a couple of them hired him for their homes. Every evening we did a walk around to assure my satisfaction with the work. When the job was done, we did the final walk and everything was perfect. I would absolutely hire him again and most definitely will be referring him to clients.

Called and set up and appointment for Saturday between 10am and 12pm; here it is 2:00pm and he's a no show. No phone call. I don't know how you run a business like that but I'll take my money else where.

He replaced some deteriorated bricks, and partially bricking up five windows.I was amazed at how fast they worked and how clean and professional and trustworthy they are.If you need an estimate, I would call this company their prices are unbeatable.This company is the one you want working on your home.
