Harbor Immediate Medical Care

The doctors are great, however the front receptionist is horrible. I wish I could past this because I really like the doctors. She has never once been polite when I have gone in there, in fact, she's downright rude! She has a condescending attitude towards all the patients that walk through the door. She probably thinks because we don't have insurance we are the scum of the earth. She's always yelling about something on the phone so that the whole reception area can hear her and see how important her job is.
I have been going there at least 5 years and finally have had enough. Low cost yes, but so not worth it for my dignity.

Flea Market Doctor

An impersonal and unorganized doctor, patients wait in a cramped sitting room for their names to be called, like cattle on the market. Does the ten second walk from his office to the waiting room require so much effort? Apparently so, as Dr. Maloney never takes the effort to greet his patients, or appear personable and friendly.

As for the staff, it is so disorganized, it somehow managed to lose all my medical records. One look into their office was enough to make me understand how. Stashes of folders are stuffed into overcramped shelves, their content precariously hanging over. Names on each folder is barely legible, organization seems nonexistent, and the computer adorning the desk seems to be for decoration purposes. Why has this office not digitalized its records, one wonders. The volume this office receives would more than justify the costs.
